From your coach, you'll be able to view all players linked player's accounts.

I'd suggest creating a report for your players before the completion of the free trial.

At the conclusion of the free trial, the player's account locks, no additional rounds can be added; however, you'll both continue to have viewing access to the player's dashboard.
